Kelsey was absolutely fantastic to work with. We are first time home owners so we had a ton of questions and she provided us a zoom class for free that walked us through the entire process + really got to know us! She was always willing to drive out in the sticks to look at houses with us and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Most of us know how stressful the home buying process can be, but few know how to walk through this with grace and confidence. Kelsey is knowledgeable, fun, and has an incredible way of making you feel rest assured that some things are all part of the process and we just handle them as they come. She is honest, hard working, and has more integrity than any realtor I could have imagined. Kelsey came highly recommended and was amazing from start to finish. She took the time to listen to our thoughts and opinions and kept them in mind as she made suggestions and proposals, did her research, was well informed and communicated to set realistic expectations that in the end were far exceeded. Her marketing strategy made our house stand out and drew a lot of attention. She expertly negotiated to get us the best deal and was never too busy to take a phone call or answer a text. I feel like we could go on and on but suffice it to say it was a 10/10 experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kelsey to friends, relatives or anyone else for that matter! You would be hard pressed to find a more competent, personable and professional agent to represent you.
